1. Acceptance of Terms

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to submit KYC verification documents when requested.
• Upon the member's own request for account closure.

If your account is closed due to a breach of terms, to388 reserves the right to forfeit all remaining balances, bonuses, and pending wins. If the closure is for reasons other than a breach, any valid balance will be returned to you after the review process is completed.
